  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Domestic Shipping (Canada): We offer standard shipping options within Canada. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.

  • International Shipping: We currently ship to select countries outside Canada. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order size.


3. Shipping Methods

We work with trusted carriers such as Canada Post, UPS, and other reliable third-party services to ensure timely and safe delivery.

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days within Canada, depending on your location.

  • Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout for faster delivery.

  • International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination. Customs and other factors may cause delays.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your order’s progress. Please note that tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update after the order has been dispatched.


5. Shipping to PO Boxes

We do ship to PO Boxes within Canada. If your order is shipped internationally, please verify whether your country’s postal service allows deliveries to PO Boxes before placing an order.


6. International Shipments

  • Customs and Import Duties: International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and other fees. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for information on any additional charges.

  • Customs Delays: International shipments may experience delays due to customs inspections. Unfortunately, we cannot control customs delays, but we will assist you in tracking your package if issues arise.

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If the address provided is incorrect or incomplete, Voda Retreats is not responsible for delayed or misdirected deliveries. 11. Local Pick-Up Option (If Applicable)

If you are based in Halifax, Nova Scotia, and would like to pick up your order in person, please select the Local Pick-Up option at checkout. Once your order is ready, we will notify you with pick-up details. This option is available for in-stock products only.
