Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Voda Retreats. We work hard to get your order to you quickly and safely. Please read our shipping policy below.
Shipping Destinations
We ship from Nova Scotia, Canada to customers in Canada and internationally where available. Shipping options and availability will appear at checkout.
Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 3–5 business days after payment is received.
Business days are Monday–Friday (excluding holidays). Processing may take longer during peak seasons, launches, or promotions.
Shipping Methods + Delivery Estimates
Shipping methods and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has shipped (not when it’s placed).
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight/size of your order.
Order Confirmation + Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after you receive the email.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to:

an incorrect/incomplete address, or
-
failure to pick up a package from a pickup location,
you will be responsible for any reshipping costs. If you prefer not to reship, we can issue a refund once the order returns to us (original shipping costs are not refundable).
International Orders: Customs + Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in product or shipping costs.
Shipping Delays
While we do our best to deliver on time, delays can happen due to factors outside our control (weather, carrier disruptions, customs processing, remote locations, etc.). We appreciate your patience in these situations.
Lost, Missing, or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows a problem (delayed, stuck, or “delivered” but not received), contact us as soon as possible so we can help.
Before reaching out, we recommend:

checking around your property and mailbox,
-
confirming the shipping address used at checkout,
-
asking household members/neighbours, and
-
contacting the carrier with your tracking number.
If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will work with the carrier and provide a reasonable resolution based on the investigation outcome (replacement or refund, where applicable).
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of:
-
the shipping box,
-
the packaging inside, and
-
the damaged item(s).
We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
