You have 30 days after the date of purchase to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, all items must be unused or unworn, in its original packaging. You will need to provide proof of purchase at the time of return.
To begin the refund process please contact us at email@example.com with the reason for your return. Please note we evaluate every return on a case by case basis. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package or to arrange pickup or delivery of your return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item or something is missing.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges will be evaluated on a case by case basis. Please contact us at email@example.com to request an exchange.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
